We bought our first snowblower Claude's in 1998. It finally wore out 21 years later. In that time we received excellent after sales service and they were always able to find parts for us, even as the machine grew older. Today, we ordered a snow blower from Claude's the day after a huge snowfall. Even though they were short-staffed and extremely busy, it was delivered in under two hours, assembled and ready to go. You folks are the best!

Recently I had an opportunity to work with Tammy at Claude Small Engine shop. I contacted the shop up with a very question referencr the availability of a part for a Polaris ATV snow plow. She was very patient and took a better part of the day... to identify the part which even required me sending her some photos to help with the identification. I really appreciate it their assistance and will not hesitate to call them again if I need any additional parts.
